The Shot Blaster is primarily used for
ANTI-SLIP on concrete flooring to reduce slip hazards in warehouses,
entryways and roadways.
Electric powered - mainly used for preparation of
concrete floors but equally effective on steel surfaces. It is
self-propelled, infinitely variable in all operations and can be
dismantled to pass through 600 mm access holes in storage tanks.
It can be used for removal of old coatings and
preparation treatment for new coatings.

Basic Principal
The surface to be prepared is impacted and abraded by steel
abrasive being propelled at high velocity. The abrasive is
immediately reclaimed along with the debris being removed.
The abrasive is cleaned and contained for immediate re-use and
the debris deposited in environmental containers. The
standard of cleaning and the profiles required can be varied to
comply with specifications. |
